Hello Village Mayor, Here are the teardown guidelines for your village: Vehicle access: - Allowed after the closing talk until 21:45, and again on Wednesday from 08:00. - Same procedure as during build-up: you must have a bike angel escort you, and only a limited number of cars will be allowed on the field at once. *Important*: Villages must already be packed when vehicles arrive. If your village is not ready, vehicles will not be allowed in. We will check readiness on the field while you’re in the queue. Trailers: Can be pushed onto the field by hand at any time. Rented village tents: Must be empty by Wednesday at 12:00 (noon). (This does not apply to Team Tents.) Chairs & tables: Bring them to the furniture drop-off points on the field (locations will appear after closing and are shown on the map). Fridges: Leave them next to your tents; they will be collected by Moebelhaus. Moebelhaus questions: Use their dedicated chat (QR codes available at the drop-off points). Waste: Take big things home, Pack your trash in binbags and close them, if more bags are needed: Ask at info tent If you want to help even more, please help with one of the many shifts during teardown.
