With WHY2025 approaching quickly, we’d like to share some important information regarding the build-up phase for villages.
Day -2 (Early Build-Up): Only preregistered villages with large trucks or special build-up needs are allowed on site. If this applies to you and we haven’t been in touch yet, please reach out proactively.
Day -1 and Day 0: All other villages can arrive and begin setting up during these official build-up days.
Volunteers will be present to help guide you to your spot.

We’d like to get in touch with preregistered villages that have large trucks or special logistics needs for Day -2 access.
